The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Murfreesboro, TN, to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle assessments and quality repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with the company’s speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

You will work with a team to meet KPI targets, act as a brand ambassador, and contribute to a positive shop environment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year auto body apprenticeship is required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace or repair parts, and repaint vehicles to factory standards.
• Inspect vehicles after repairs to ensure work is completed correctly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
