The role involves using cutting tools, performing body work, and coordinating with teammates to meet timelines. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and may have completed technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents and body damage; realign chassis and frames; replace parts and apply paint as needed.
• Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
