Gerber Collision & Glass in Arnold, MO is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs that restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align vehicles while supporting KPIs and representing the brand with integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with auto body repair and knowledge of repair methods required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Realign chassis and frames for structural repair.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interiors.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory specs or equivalent.
• Ensure work orders meet labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
