Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use common auto body repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace damaged sections and glass.
• Weld, paint, and finish to factory specifications; ensure KPI targets.
