Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician in Lawton, OK. The role focuses on accurate assessment and quality repair to restore pre-accident condition, working with the team to meet KPIs and uphold the WOW standard.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, replace parts and glass, weld and repaint, and ensure work orders meet time guidelines while maintaining customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completed technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies and use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute repair plans within labor time guidelines.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld, paint, and refinish surfaces per specifications.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality and safety.
