Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform meticulous vehicle repairs and deliver a superior customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and re-fit components, while meeting speed and quality KPIs and representing the brand with excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship. Strong teamwork and tool proficiency are important for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles maintaining quality and speed.
• Replace damaged sections and repair or replace glass частью where needed.
• Weld, fit, and repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalent.
