Caliber Collision Service Center Walton is seeking experienced collision repair technicians. You will repair a range of vehicles from minor fender benders to complete frame rebuilds, using precise welding and panel alignment to factory specs.

You will work with teammates across body shop operations to ensure quality, safe, and timely vehicle restorations. We value hands-on skills, attention to detail, and a team-first approach.

Formación

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tight bolts, precise welds.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
