Caliber Collision’s Ft Walton service center is seeking an experienced collision technician to repair frames, straighten and pull components to factory specs using modern equipment. You will work in a team-oriented shop focused on quality and safety.

Requirements include at least two years of hands-on collision repair, frame knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We value detail, teamwork, and a commitment to getting customers back on the road.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, welds, and quality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• No two crashes are identical; daily challenges and new work.
• Blueprint and execute—no guesswork, no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair—straighten, align, pull, you handle it all.
• Panel and structural work—return bent parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly—fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team—trust and teamwork move cars through.
• Keep it clean—safety and tidiness at the work site.
