Caliber Collision in Gluckstadt is seeking skilled auto collision technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame work, panel alignment, and precise reassembly, while collaborating with painters and estimators to deliver top-quality results.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
• Diagnose and manage repairs as part of our core business.
