Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Tighten bolts, welds and assemble with precision.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically.
• Team-oriented and collaborative with other shifts.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Coordinate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and tools.
