You will blueprint, repair, and restore vehicles after collisions, working with painters and estimators to ensure factory-spec results. Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, precise welds, high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Full collision repair—from minor dings to frame work.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
