The ideal candidate has at least two years of autobody experience, frame and structural know‑how, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on auto body experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Detail-oriented with quality workmanship.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with shop staff.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from damage assessment to reassembly.
• Work on panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure fit and finish meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
