Job summary

Caliber Collision Houston - Northeast is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join a team dedicated to quality and safety. With at least two years of hands-on repair experience, you will blueprint, pull, straighten and square frames to factory specifications while coordinating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

We offer competitive pay up to $20–$30 per hour, paid weekly, plus day-one benefits, PTO, holidays, and access to I-CAR and ASE training to help you grow

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame/structural know-how: pull, straighten, square to factory specs.
• Blueprinting and precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Strong attention to detail with tight bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented approach with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repairs from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural components to meet factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish with attention to fit.
