You will work on full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, applying precise panel and structural work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience repairing wrecks.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Attention to detail; tighten bolts, welds, and precision.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.

• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
