Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Service Center Athens is seeking experienced collision technicians to repair vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble cars, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, while maintaining safety and quality. Teamwork is essential to move vehicles efficiently through the shop.

Ideal candidates bring frame/structural expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to handle up to 50 lbs. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square up.
• No-shortcuts mindset: blueprint it and fix right the first time.
• High attention to detail for tight bolts, welds, and finish.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
• Work collaboratively with team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
