Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, replace parts, and apply paint to meet exact standards.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs, demonstrate brand ambassador behavior, and maintain safety in a noisy shop environment while lifting up to 30 pounds and following job orders with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure work is completed correctly.
