Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with speed and quality. You’ll disassemble, repair, reassemble, and ensure the team delivers customer excellence while upholding the brand promise.

The role requires high school or technical training, ability to read orders, and collaboration with shop teammates. Compensation is based on experience and is performance-driven.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with other repairers in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan to maintain quality and speed goals.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers using various tools.
• Repair dents, apply filler, and realign chassis as needed.
• Replace damaged parts and glass; fit or weld parts and repaint as required.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
