Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence as a brand ambassador.

You will plan repairs, prepare estimates, and work with a team to ensure KPIs are met. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or a 3-year

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of tools used for vehicle body repair.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Remove and replace damaged sections and glass.
• Weld, repaint, and align components to factory specifications.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
