Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with the WOW plan and team KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and either technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair. Strong tool skills and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read repair orders and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong teamwork and manual repair skills for collision work.
• Commitment to safety and proper tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers for repairs.
• Realign chassis, replace parts, and repair glass as needed.
• Ensure workmanship meets KPIs and inspect vehicles after repair.
