Caliber Collision in Duluth is seeking an experienced auto collision repair technician to handle full repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You will blueprint, measure and repair with precise attention to detail, working with a collaborative team across painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Two years of hands-on collision repair experience and a strong frame/structural skill set are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how - pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset - blueprint it and fix right the first time.
• Attention to detail - tightened bolts, precise welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude – collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute - no guesswork, no shortcuts, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair - fender to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work - return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly - final touches matter.
• Work as a team - trust and teamwork move cars through.
