Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, contributing to speed, quality, and customer excellence in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will work with team members to meet KPIs, handle paints and finishes, and ensure repairs meet factory specs. A HS diploma or technical training plus a relevant apprenticeship are required.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with other repairers to complete vehicle repairs.
• Understand methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
• Proficient use of common auto body repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently in daily repair work.
• Plan repair tasks and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, apply fillers, realign chassis and replace parts.
• Weld, paint, and inspect vehicles to ensure quality.
