Crash Champions in Peoria, AZ, is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and work with the team to ensure on-time completion. You will perform quality repairs and decide when to repair or replace parts to ensure safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Certification in body repair preferred.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Directs the work of an apprentice when needed and explains procedures.
