Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled Body Repair Technician to examine damaged vehicles and plan efficient repair sequences, ensuring high-quality results and on-time status.

You will remove upholstery, tools and trim to access repairs, supervise an apprentice, and apply I-CAR welding certification to ensure quality workmanship.

The role offers a commission/flag pay structure with competitive benefits and comprehensive insurance offerings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a frame machine and perform accurate repairs.
• I-CAR welding certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturer repair data and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Work and communicate repair status with team.
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Directs apprentice work and explains procedures as needed.
