Gerber Collision & Glass in Warren, Ohio is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence while aligning with team KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair. Safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using tools for metal repairs.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass or interior parts as needed.
• Weld and attach parts; repaint vehicles to spec or agreed equivalent.
• Aim to complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure proper execution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
