Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsabilités

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates; use cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, pliers.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles with factory or equivalent paint.
• Try to complete work orders within labor time guidelines; inspect vehicles post-repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
