Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and care. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, replacing parts, glass, and paint as needed while meeting KPIs and quality expectations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or an apprenticeship. You will work in a fast-paced shop with supportive teammates and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret repair orders with minimal supervision.
• Able to work with other repairers in a busy auto body shop.
• Understand standard repair methods and body repair procedures.
• Must safely operate tools used in collision repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repaint to factory specs.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and quality standards.
