Classic Collision is seeking skilled auto body technicians to join our growing team in Jacksonville. You will perform collision repairs, disassembly and reassembly, welding, and finishing to factory standards, ensuring safety and quality in every vehicle.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer-focused service, with competitive benefits and opportunities for ongoing training. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred.
• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and plan repairs.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures and follow work orders for all operations.
• Remove upholstery and components to access damaged area; store parts to prevent damage.
• Repair or replace damaged parts; weld and fit to industry standards and reassemble after painting.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to verify safety and quality compliance.
• Comply with all SOPs, safety rules and guidelines.
