Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide meticulous repair work and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and realign vehicles, ensuring repairs meet quality and safety standards while upholding the company’s speed and service commitments.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, preparing cost estimates, and replacing or repairing glass and interior parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or completion of technical program.
• Technical school program or three-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan with consistent quality and speed.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align vehicle bodies and parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and paint as required.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles on completion.
