Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled technicians at the Queen Creek service center. Ideal candidates have at least two years of collision repair experience, expert frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts approach to repairs.

You must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S. through full-time, team-oriented collaboration with our painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, pull, straighten, and square it up to factory specs.
• No-shortcuts mentality with attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work brought back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish attention.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area with proactive safety practices.
