Caliber is looking for a skilled collision repair technician to join our Mobile service center on Schillinger Rd S. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from frame alignment to precise reassembly, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Commitment to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise finishing touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
