Caliber Collision is hiring at our Phoenix service center for an experienced collision repair technician. You will repair and restore vehicles, focusing on frame, structural repairs, and precise reassembly to factory specs.

We seek a detail-oriented team player who can lift up to 50lbs, collaborate with painters and estimators, and deliver high-quality results every day. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No shortcuts; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work; return bent parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
