Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision technician in Centennial to perform full repairs from frame to finish. You will blueprint, straighten and calibrate components, ensuring factory-spec results with attention to detail.

This role requires teamwork with painters and estimators to deliver timely, high-quality workmanship. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair capabilities (pull, straighten, square).
• Commitment to precise, first-time quality work.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborative team player with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs with accuracy.
• Perform full collision repair from minor dings to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
