Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Know-how to pull, straighten and square damaged frames.
• Blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Careful attention to tightened bolts and welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically fit.
• Collaborative attitude with all shop roles.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from bumper to frame.
• Repair panels and structural components to spec.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit finish.
• Work well with painters, estimators and front office.
• Maintain clean, safe work area daily.
