Caliber Service Center in Springfield, OH is hiring skilled collision repair technicians. You will fix fenders and rebuild frames using modern equipment, collaborating with painters, estimators and the front office to move cars through safely and efficiently.

We offer up to $20–$30 per hour, paid weekly, with day-one medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. I-CAR and ASE certifications are provided to help you grow your career and stay at the top of your field.

Formación

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish details.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
