Caliber Service Center in Wilmington, DE is seeking skilled auto collision repair technicians to transform wrecked vehicles into road-ready ones. You will blueprint, repair frames, straighten and reassemble with tight tolerances, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically demanding shifts.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Attention to detail with precise repairs and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute auto collision repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from basic to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to regain factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
