Caliber Bloomington IL Service Center is hiring experienced collision repair technicians. You will repair vehicles with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, working with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten and square components.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time without shortcuts.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, welds, and finish quality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
