You will perform full collision repairs, including frame and structural work, with a focus on quality and safety. This role requires a minimum of two years of hands-on experience and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; can pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; ensure tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
