Qualifications

• Strong frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe at all times.
