Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; ensure tightened bolts and precise welds.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish to exact fit.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
