Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Bakersfield center. You will perform full collision repairs from framing to reassembly, using precise blueprints and the latest equipment to return vehicles to factory specs.

A strong team ethic and attention to detail are essential as you collaborate with estimators and painters to move cars efficiently. In this role you will work on fender benders to frame rebuilds, with opportunities for I-CAR/ASE training and career

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work as required to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
