Caliber Collision is hiring a collision repair technician for our Los Banos, CA center. You will blueprint and execute repairs from minor dings to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec alignment across components.

You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a collaborative environment. Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on experience, be physically fit, and eligible to work in the U.S.; I-CAR/ASE training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds and finishes.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs to factory specs.
• Handle full collision repair from fender to frame.
• Perform panel and structural work as needed.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars through.
• Maintain a safe, tidy work environment.
