You’ll work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently. We value two-plus years of hands-on experience, a no-shortcuts mindset, and a strict eye for detail.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Commitment to precise, quality repairs on first pass.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
