Caliber Collision’s Yelm Service Center is seeking skilled auto body technicians. You will perform precise blueprinting and frame repairs, handling everything from Fender benders to frame rebuilds with a focus on factory specs and quality reassembly.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
