Caliber Collision’s Clovis center is seeking skilled technicians to perform comprehensive auto body repairs. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble panels to factory specs, working with a collaborative team across painters and estimators.

The role emphasizes precision, safety, and delivering high-quality results every day. This position requires at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, frame/work knowledge, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically capable; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work and return to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
