Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on auto body experience and repair work.
• Frame and structural know-how required; ability to blueprint repairs.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control throughout repair process.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a shop environment.
• Team player who collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise results.
• Handle full collision repair from minor dings to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel work and restore components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish with proper fit and alignment.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow site safety protocols.
