Caliber Dover is seeking an experienced auto body technician to join our service center team in Dover, DE. You will perform full collision repairs, frame and panel work, and contribute to safe, high-quality reassembly of vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Commitment to doing it right the first time.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from start to finish.
• Do panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit finish.
