We value accuracy, attention to detail, and a no-excuses attitude. Eligible candidates have at least two years of experience, can read blueprints, and are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.

• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute—No guesswork, no shortcuts, clean repairs.
• Full collision repair—From fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work—Bring bent parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly—Fit and finish matter for the final touches.
• Work as a team—Trust and teamwork move cars through.
• Keep it clean—Safety and tidiness on the work location.
