Caliber’s Lomita service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precision to meet factory specifications.

A strong team mindset ensures seamless collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff. The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience repairing vehicles.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Commitment to precise, quality work with no shortcuts.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and reassembly.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute full collision repairs.
• Perform frame rebuilds and panel work to factory specs.
• Reassemble with fit and finish in mind.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
