Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to blueprint, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality with attention to detail.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused and able to work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Maintain clean, safe work area at the location.
