Crash Champions is hiring a skilled auto body technician to inspect damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and execute high-quality repairs while coordinating with teammates to maintain on-time turnaround. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to manufacturer repair processes.

The position offers a commission/flag rate structure with guaranteed minimum wage when needed, plus comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Keeps others informed on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs with on-time status in mind.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical components, and trim to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
